Description:

To kick off the Dialogue Mapping Certification Program we have decided to open up this Advanced Workshop to a limited number of participants from the wider Dialogue Mapping community. In addition to the Certification Program participants, people those who have taken the Dialogue Mapping Workshop, are familiar with Compendium, and want to take their dialogue mapping skills to a whole new level are invited to join us in this 2.5-day Advanced Workshop.
This is a new workshop designed for people who have an intention to advance their practical skills in facilitating through a shared display, listening in IBIS, map management, and adding value to difficult discussions. We will explore a wide range of topics, including catching hidden questions, beyond Question types to the "metamap", important Compendium features and techniques, the process of selling and explaining dialogue mapping, and dealing with difficult and uncomfortable situations in a meeting.
The workshop will be heavily interactive and practice-oriented, creating a laboratory for each student to expand their own interaction style and explore new ways to connect the group to the graph.
