We will be offering it again to the public later this year, or you can contact us to find out about bringing it to your organization.

Dialogue Mapping Graduate Webinar Series
Learn How to Make Better Use of Your Maps and Compendium!

In order to help people use Dialogue Mapping, Issue Mapping, and Compendium more effectively, we have designed a 4-session webinar series with Dr. Jeff Conklin for Dialogue Mapping and Issue Mapping Workshop Graduates. The course gives its participants:
Refined mapping and Compendium skills
The benefit of receiving additional, expert instruction from Jeff Conklin
Connection with other mappers; insight into how others are using the tool
The intention of this series is to provide coaching that gives you an immediate and practical ‘lift’ in your ability to use these thinking and facilitation tools powerfully. The course is fun and interactive.
Our Graduate Webinar Series is held over the Internet with simultaneous use of the phone. Usually there are four classes, every other week, lasting 1.5 hours each.
The cost is $250 for all four classes. There is a homework assignment for each class that should take approximately ½ hour. The first Graduate Webinar Series launched in April of 2008 and will be offered again later this year. Please email with questions about the workshop or how to bring it to your organization. Read on to find out more…
What do we cover in the series?
The series offers additional tips, support and instruction based upon requests from you, the graduates. Topics covered will include:
Making the best use of a map after a meeting
How to best use issue maps to share your thinking with others
Discussions about how we are actually using Dialogue and Issue Mapping
Basic “refresher” information about IBIS
Review of question types and how they hang together
Compendium skills for Dialogue Mapping
Exploration of "the dance" of engaging people with the shared display
Demos and discussions of alternatives to Compendium for issue mapping
Class participants will be given a password-protected shared area to submit homework, retrieve readings and share ideas.
What do I need to participate?
During the Webinar participants are able to view Jeff's computer screen and see everything he is doing; he may also show participants' screens for coaching. The teleconference and login information is sent prior to the beginning of each class. For class, you will need:
High speed Internet access and use of a computer and
A landline to call in with (you may also use VOIP if you have a strong connection)
