Transform the Way Your Group Thinks and Works Together  One of the best ways to improve the way your group works through its toughest issues, is to use Issue Mapping as a group. Issue Mapping is a powerful tool used to gain clarity about complex, dynamic, and “Wicked” Problems. It helps people make robust decisions that last and contribute to right action. In our training, you will use a shared, secure server (either yours or ours). We will set you up with secure Compendium accounts where each member of your group can access your shared maps. You will learn how to use Compendium and Issue Mapping to increase your groups understanding of real issue. You will be able to harness the collective intelligence of your group without having to be in the same place at the same time. You will dramatically improve your decision making capabilities and dramatically decrease the tendency many organizations have to go over the same questions/answers/problems over and over again. This type of training is customized specifically for each group. Generally speaking, teaching a group how to use Issue Mapping as a group takes anywhere from 3-6 months long. Based on your needed timeline and other considerations unique to you, we will combine elements of our live Issue Mapping Webinar Series (currently offered to the public in the form of our Self-Paced Issue Mapping Course) with one on one time with our staff who will coach you on the maps you create. Unlike traditional facilitation tools, Dialogue Mapping™ works with the actual, non-linear process of solving big problems, rather than the linear problem solving approach that traditional facilitation tools reflect.
